Hahahaha I just imagined you running around like a madman. 😂 Thank god it all worked out in the end.

When should I expect a change on CEAC site? Once visa and passport are ready for pickup or before? It still shows at AMM Embassy.

Check here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV

If it says “administrative processing” that means they’re printing it.

When was the case updated last? If it’s like today or yesterday it may not be in Aramex yet. Otherwise do go and fetch for it in Aramex!

It was last updated on the 7th. TWO days ago. I’m going to go and check regardless.

Hahahaha I know the feeling!! I can’t wait to join my husband either 😇

Saturday morning the passport will be ready for pickup. I received confirmation yesterday. What a journey this was. I pray you all get what you want and are reunited with your loved ones very soon!

So I had my interview today. They gave me my passport back and handed me the DS-5535 Administrative Processing questionnaire. Did all the paperwork flawlessly and have had a swift journey til now, but guess it happens to the best of us!

FR I can't belive it 😔, i am surprised because you know almost everything about this process. Did the person tell you what was missing ?

Ukhhh. Was is due to your answers? Or do you think they made the decision before the interview?

Nope I had a stellar interview and was verbally approved by the CO! Was surprised by the DS5535 later

Anyway, last Monday (8 days ago) I was called by the embassy asking to send my passport through Aramex. Today my visa was ISSUED.

AP total length - exactly 14 days.

Sometimes nothing’s missing and it’s just security checks. They only tell you after you think you’ve been approved lol.
