Form I -130 - online filing

Hi, I recently got married for American citizen in US! We will file form I-130 online, so I need some help. First, does he (US citizen-petitioner) needs to open online USCIS account first to can file that form? And then after I file I - 485, I need to open another My online account to track my case? Or we do it from the same account? Does all documents need to be scanned and just attached there? Even passport photos of petitioner and beneficiary in JPG or PDF? Do I need just a copy of Marriage Certificate or certified copy? Is it good to really send pictures from a wedding and vacations for Evidence of Bona Fide marriage or to leave pictures for an interview? Thank you in advance! Wish you all good luck!

E-filing isn’t available for I-485.

If that’s your primary evidence of bona fide relationship, you need to focus on better evidence that shows co-mingling of finances (joint bank accounts, credit cards, lease, utilities, etc).

If that’s your primary evidence of bona fide relationship, you need to focus on better evidence that shows co-mingling of finances (joint bank accounts, credit cards, lease, utilities, etc).
