Colombia NVC & Embassy stage

Hi there,

We just got our NOA2 today. I can't seem to find any information on what happens in what order from now on and what documents need to be filed when. Could someone please point me to a resource for that?

Also, how long is it taking to go through this process currently with Bogota? Is 2 months give or take still the right estimate?

2 months you mean time for interview? What is your visa type? As far as I am aware they are catching up in Family Based, but 2 months I think it is way too quick as far as I am aware.

Sorry didn't see your comment earlier. K1 visa. yeah I was asking about the NOA2 to interview timeframe. I saw that earlier this year it was 3 months but I saw that they recently started doing virtual interviews for some visa types and apparently people's interviews are getting moved up (for tourist and work visas, we have friends going through that process right now and they told us theirs got shuffled up)

I just checked and it says that it's 21 days for "other non immigrant visas" for interviews at the Bogota embassy but I suppose it depends on when they accept the documents from NVC
