Are In-laws a other relative in a ds160

Spouse and I are filling out her ds-160 and she has no immediate relatives in the US but its asking if she has any other relatives.

Would my parents her In-laws be considered a other relative?

Spouse visa would require I 130 and at NVC stage the ds 260

 

if not married ,   your parents ate not in laws yet

 

if this is a K1 ,   quit calling her your spouse as CO at immigration interview will hone it on your use of that term and deny a fiancee visa 

 

and if you are married ,  you're doing the wrong visa petition unless this is for a tourist visa

with a spouse or fiancee in the US ,  it can be denied
