Hey all!

kinda stressed been over a month since they received my package and I received confirmation. No word yet on my biometric! Should I call the USCIS contact center and ask? I just want to know they are working on the case and haven’t lost it or something. It’s such a long gruelling process moreover now since their so backlogged. I’m at the Cali center. Anybody have any insights on the process here?

Nope nothing here either. The Texas center is backlogged too.

Submit a support  request for document not received sometimes that jogs their memory. You might want to fill out your timeline too as it helps people better answer your questions.

A pleasant day to all! For those with a similar experience in ROC application, what supporting documents did you submit for your K2, who is:

1. Applying with me (K1) and with same issuance and expiry dates of GC as K1

2. Above 21 years old and currently employed

And a couple more questions:

1. Did you attach photocopies of expired passport pages with stamps that occurred before entry into the US?  I have since then renewed my passport and the stamp for my visit to the Philippines in March this year is on the new and dated passport.

2. Do I need to attach photocopies of passport pages with stamps for my USC husband (I-129F) petitioner?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi

Sent my package 06/28

Text notification 07/01

Extension Letter 07/11

and nothing...

1. Should I be worried?

2. Does anybody know what are WAC processing times?

3. If I miss my biometrics appointment can I go to my USCIS local office and get those biometrics taken?

You have nothing to worry about. Some people hear about biometrics in a couple of weeks and others its a couple of months or more.

Our NOA was in November 2021 and biometrics was waived in Jan. 2022

HI Everyone. I am sending my I-751 today, I put everything together and its 250 pages because our joint bank statements are for 2 years  (only these are 150 pages). I am little confused and I do not know if I should remove some pages of the statements because I was thinking if the application is bulky will take more time. But also a friend of mine got RFE last year and they asked him to send more evidence and they wrote: "all supporting documents should cover as much of the marital period as possible" but he only sent them cover page from his bank showing both names and he didn't have transactional information. My question is: Should I send statements few for each year or the whole package since I already printed and put it together?

Send it all. Some people send quarterly statements to save paper but you've already got it printed so no reason not to send.

So frustrated. I called them they said to wait! Had no clue or insight to anything. My case is simple and I don’t get why it’s taking so long to get the biometric waived and move on!

anyone hear anything from California office?

I think 2 months is a bit early for biometrics. I've seen it taking 4-5 months in California center for cases filed end of last year.

I can not see your timeline to see where you are at and I did not want to offer the wrong information. It would help you to update your timeline.
