Hi

Sent my package 06/28

Text notification 07/01

Extension Letter 07/11

and nothing...

1. Should I be worried?

2. Does anybody know what are WAC processing times?

3. If I miss my biometrics appointment can I go to my USCIS local office and get those biometrics taken?

Update:

09/16 biometrics waived

Yesterday we received extension letter for 48 months :(

I was happy to see letter from USCIS thinking it's finally moving, but it turns out it's just the extension.

In June we are failing N-400 so hopefully things will move around.

Well Still waiting for our ROC. Wife wants to wait to file the N-400 next year .  And just checked the processing times on the USCIS site. It says 29.5 months moving along normal.  The earliest you can submit questions is October 17, 2025. Boy this sucks. guess she will. file the N400 before she can ask questions?

She can file N-400 whenever she's eligible, even if I-751 is still pending.

I understand your frustration. I'm a December 2021 filer. Only got approved a few weeks ago.

Congratulations!
