I would like to know, who of you February and March 2007 filers applied ONLY for the CR1/IR1 (I-130) and has not received an approval yet.

Sent to NSC: 2/27/2007

Transfer to CSC - NOA 1: 3/5/2007

Touch: 3/12/2007

Touch: 4/17/2007

Touch: 4/18/2007

Approved: 8/27/2007 (181 days after filling)

Touch: 8/28/2007

Hardcopy date NOA2: 9/5/2007, received 9/10/2007

NVC received: 10/26/2007 (61 days after Approval!)

K 3 – I-129F

Sent to Chicago: 3/20/2007

NOA 1: 3/26/2007

Transfer to MSC (National Benefits Centre)

Touch: 3/28/2007

Touch: 3/29/2007

Touch: 4/11/2007

i filed my I-485 and renewal my I-765 Card. without I-130 Approve!!!! i havent heard anything about my I-130 since i send it, it's been more than 3 years lol.

My N-400 timeline, I hope it will help - Local Office (Chula Vista Field Office - San Diego)

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.

Thanks for your feedback, but as I can see you applied for I-130 AND I-129F. :unsure: And you are a June-Filer :devil:

hmmmmmm does it make a difference what time of the year you file?? Hmmmmmm mabey I better rethunk this ;) Should I wait till next January or ????? Hmmmm Getting no where fast.... :dance: Gotta keep the baby faith!!!! :thumbs:

I'm doing CR1 for my husband and we filed early march and have yet to hear anything. i've called twice via the RFE trick but to no avail. This waiting is so fustrating.

May 21 - Case transferred to CSC

May 30 - Case pending at CSC

June 13 - touched (called CSC via RFE trick)

July 11 - touched (called CSC via RFE trick)

August 14 - touched (called CSC via RFE trick)

August 15 - touched

August 24, 2007 - APPROVAL (rcvd email on Sunday 8/26)

October 2007 - Billed for DS230 and I864 fees

November 2007 - Forms generated as per NVC

January 2008 - Received DS230 and I864 forms

Thank you for your feedback Peach Waterfalls, I know, what you are going through... we have nearly the same timeline... We tried also the RFE-trick, two times... - nothing! We called the NVC... - also nothing... :angry:

I am still waiting myself for approval. I see you have had some touches on your I-130. You are doing better than me. Mine has not even been touched since the NOA-1 was sent out. I wish the CSC would get it together and get ours approved. I sure miss my wife ;) I agree it is very frustrating just sitting here and waiting. Hope we all get approved very soon. Good Luck to you.
