Do you realize that there are always more than a million I-130s pending in the system every minute of the day?  EVERY single I-30 must be looked at by a set of human eyes.  There is no fast way to process I-130s.  Being "current" only means a visa number is available.  It does not mean your case will be instantly approved......just be patient.

"The US immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and a significant amount of money.  It is quite a journey!"

expect this 1st stage to take a year

After?

it goes to NVC where the petitioner pays 2 fees and the DS260 and AOS with supporting documentation is done

After?

when all that is DQ'd u wait for the embassy and NVC to schedule an appointment (depending on the embassy can be a year or more)

fill out a timeline on your profile

ID the country u live in

then read posts from that portal and embassy reviews/  there is a list of VJ members there for u to check timelines of others

Question fellows. After 90days my i130 status is still showing "Case is being actively reviewed by uscis" while visa bulletin is current. How long will it take to move the next stage? and what's the next stage after this?

What’s the priority date and service center?
