Do anyone understand why lagos embassy in nigeria is taking too long to process immigration visa?. We have been on this process for more than 3 years now, my wife is so depressed because of this and she at the point of giving up and moving on alone with her life. We have provided everything asked by the embassy, I have done two medicals and provided everything asked after that, its at the final stage, but hear nothing from them, meanwhile they don't response to emails or calls. And now the second medical is about to expired, and its gonna be hard to have to go through a third medical. Don't they have sympathy of human?

I assume there are a lot of people in front of you in the queue who are also waiting for an interview.  Maybe your wife can move to Nigeria while you wait.

since the embassy requested the 2nd medical (and u did it in February as stated in your March post)  and to do a new ds 260,  seems u actually have good moment on your visa petition

do not do a 3rd until it is requested

a February medical will not expire till August

AP in Nigeria always takes time /can't blame the embassy

it is a country with poor record keeping

and unfortunately ,  others have created fraudulent documents and made it a long hard journey for those of u who try to it all the right way

Please do a timeline on your profile / it is extremely helpful to VJ members

AP is not under the same timelines as regular interviews. You are in extended AP.
If you feel you have a cut and dry case and no wahala you should file a WOM (Writ of Mandamus) cost about $4000. Or you can wait out the process. What was the AP about what documents were they needing to investigate.? Were you married before in Nigeria? How long was your Interview? what was asked for after interview? Has your wife contacted her Senator, Congressmen? What have ya'll done on your help to get a response? Contacting Lagos does nothing they do not take emails unless they sent you one.
