Is it advisable to send incomplete paperwork. I am applying for AOS but I want to get it in before the July 30th fee increase. It looks like I will not be able to get my Medical Exam done. Will it be advisable to send it without it tomiss that fee increase.

Thanks

If it is the full exam and not just the supplemental then I would probably say that you might find the entire package returned to you as incomplete.

If you were adjusting from another visa where you have completed a full medical overseas within the 12 month timeframe then you would probably just get a RFE.

Why do you have a problem with the fee increase, it is not much money and you will get unlimited interim benefits if needed.
