N600K , A number

Hello

1.I am in the process of filling in N600K form by hand. I dont have A number for my child, should I leave the field blank or write None.

2.My Father lived in US for more than 5 years. Since Iam using his Physical presence in US to give my child US citizenship, I dont know the exact dates when he lived in US. I know the month and year,not the date. Format requires dd/mm/year. How do i Fill this?

3. Any parts in the form that dont apply, like preparer part, should I write N/A in every field or leave it blank

4.Do I have to attach a letter listing all the documents or proofs tgat attached, if so, can someone give me an idea or templatehow to write it.

2. If you know for sure he was in the USA between say February 2000 and July 2000, then you know for sure he was in the USA between 3/1/2000 and 6/30/2000

* N-600K form for XXX child of me YYY.  The physical presence test is being met by my father ZZZ

 

* my birth certificate showing ZZZ as my father 

 

* marriage certificate of ZZZ and my mother  

 

* YYY’s birth certificate showing me as YYY’s parent 

 

* school records showing ZZZ’s physical presence in the USA 

 

* US birth certificate of ZZZ as evidence of US citizenship 

 

* My CRBA as evidence of US citizenship
