IR5 visa immigrant interview

HI 

I need your help please.

My parents had thier interview appointment  March 2020 but it was canceled due to covid 19 . So Now they send new interview appointment  . They asking for to bring all required documentation to the interview:  

Financial Documents - Original I-864 Affidavit of Support form(s) and supporting financial documents (tax returns, salary information such as W-2 forms, letter of explanation if taxes were not filed, evidence of other assets, proof of citizenship or legal residence) from the petitioner and any joint sponsor. 

My questions are :  

They need to take with them the 2020, 2021, 2020 taxes or just the taxes that i submitted in NVC witches  2017 2018 and 2019

Now ,  the I 864 should be updated to include the income for 2021 (most current tax return)

and they should take IRS transcripts for 2021 (or copy of 2021 1040 and W2's)

I already submitted I-864  in 2019 , how I can update it ?
