Hi we just upload Marriage certificate certified thru copy, and I already request a PSA MC. The question is can we add the PSA MC when I get mine in the usics?

Yup upload online through unsolicited evidence

Hi all, I filed the i130 back in April 2022 still haven’t heard anything besides my case is being actively reviewed since 04/22.
My wife changed her name on her passport to my last name. Do I have to notify USCIS about this or do I just wait until the next stage (NVC processing) and notify them of the name change? TIA

Give updated information when you fill out the Ds260. No need to update them now.

Currently, I-130s are taking 8-12 months to be approved.

Being in AR probably means they moved it to the SC that will handle your request. Early Active Review usually means a wait of maybe 12 months...

Do not pay attention to the first SC on your NOA1 it is probably incorrect.

If you want to know where your petition is you can "Ask Emma" on the USCIS website.

I uploaded the PSA marriage cert a few months back. The Uscis sent me an Email about a week later saying they have received it. I’m still waiting for their decision. I recently tried to expedite my case because my wife is a nurse and it would be a big help if she was here to help care for my elderly and aging mother. Unfortunately my request to expedite was denied.
