Case FE Review Note AND documents received & approved

At the same time as receiving a message asking for me to "Please submit every 2021 W-2/1099 form for" my wife, I also received a message saying I was DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED and that "All required applicant documents have been received and approved".

I have seen other examples of the Case FE Review Note where people have to restart the process again when submitting new documents. But usually it seems that people are not documentariily qualified at the same time. I have now also received my interview time and date at the US Embassy, so I'm confused on what I should do.

* Do I submit the documents on ceac.state.gov/ and risk restarting the process?

* Or do I take the docs to my interview and not upload them?

Any help would be appreciated!

You should be fine.

If you are DQ'ed with interview scheduled they won't pull the DQ and interview date because you upload documents.

If there was no DQ you'd be going to the back of the line regardless.

Question: did you wife upload her 2021 tax transcripts, or tax returns and/or did she file MFJ?

Or did she qualify with her 2020 taxes?

ETA: It would be great if you could complete your timeline.

Thanks so much for the responses!  We filed the tax returns for my wife, but we had to have a co-sponsor as she is currently a student. They didn't ask for any more docs of the co-sponsor, so not sure what the issue was.

I will just take the docs to the interview as advised, thanks!
