Hi everyone,

Please help me on below situation.

me and my family came to us with h1/h4 visa with valid till 25-June-2022 with employer A

last year in 2021 , i transferred my H1B to diff employer B and got approval till feb-2024.

Now problem is my wife and kids went to  India and planned to return on June 23.

and actual plan to go for Visa stamping before travelling back to US but my kids passport due for renewal so applied and received very late like took 1.5 month for all this.

so now there no visa slots available and hearing that won't be open until Sep.

so can i ask my family to travel in June 1st week( which is before my employer 'A'- Visa got expired)?

are there would there be any questions at migration.
