Yes she had a green card expired now

Was it a 2 year or 10 year green card?

Pretty sure it was a 2 year

She will have to remarry you and go through the IR-1 process.

I have done some research on alternative places to meet Nassau, Bahamas

and after we’re married I could petition the us consulate in Bahamas maybe we could fly back home together

You can meet and marry wherever you like, and you'll file online so can do that from anywhere too.

Not sure what you mean about 'fly back home together', do you mean her visiting the US with you? She can do that (assuming she has a B visa or ESTA), but would then need to return home to wait whilst her immigrant visa is processed.

You need to read the instructions for the spousal visa and the processing times. You're looking at 1-1.5 years before your future wife is able to return to the US as a permanent resident.

You have been told to marry online and meet at a third country to satisfy the conditions of the spousal visa, and could be already a year into the process if you followed the advice. If your wife has a B Tourist visa she can visit you while the new green card is processing, otherwise you can visit her or meet at a third country. If you want to marry her again and have her state side you need to marry and start the process as soon as possible so you can be together next year or so.

Does she gave a GC?

Make sure you're not being ropped in for immigration benefits.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Utah online marraige is online. You can file for a marraige license and then marry over zoom. You dont need to be a utah resident. Its important that you visit her AFTER you marry though...in that order or you will need to visit again after the marraige.

That is not how immigration works.

Please read the spouse visa guides and act.  Get married, meet and file the I-130.

Or just sit around for another year and ask the same questions and get the same answers.

Just get lots of proof that you were together AFTER the marriage. Save flight tickets and receipts that have date. Take pics together and then after you come home, file for your spousal visa. I'm not sure about spousal procedure, We did fiance visa but spousal is supposed to be cheaper and easier than K-1
