Can we use an online marriage when filing for a fiance visa? Because the marriage is not yet consummated

Without meeting in person during the immediate preceding two years, you’re not eligible for a K-1.   Period.   An online ‘wedding’ does not count as the in-person meeting, just as FaceTime, Zoom etc

Yes.   However, if you have never met in person, perhaps meeting first before the online marriage might be prudent.  If all goes well at the meeting, you can do the online marriage together

This is correct.  For immigration purposes, consummation refers to being physically in the same place at the same time either during or after the marriage ceremony.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
