I want to mail an iPhone to Russia, but I found I can’t do it, usps and dhl all suspended their mail service to Russia, then comes the problem, how Poland embassy can send package 3 to my fiancé address in Russia?

But Warsaw embassy need the physical package of the original uscis I129F forms

If your fiance is to be interviewed in Warsaw, the NVC will have sent the approved petition there.

For packet 3, most consulates will email it to the petitioner, who can then forward it to the beneficiary.

Email? The K visa application is all paperwork, you mean uscis upload them into images?

The paperwork (paper petition), once approved, is sent by NVC to consulates in batches.  If she is to be interviewed in Warsaw, it will be sent there.

Packet 3 (which is not the petition), will be sent electronically.

Thank you very much, I have another question, who changed the case status to Ready? Our case was in transit for 3 days and became ready on May 10, but still we didn’t get any email of package 3.  Is NVC change the status to ready after they transfer the case to Poland or Poland embassy change the status to ready after they receive it?

At this point, NVC is out of the picture, and the consulate is managing your case.

Watch your email (petitioner email) for the next instructions ("packet 3").    Hopefully someone with recent experience interviewing in Warsaw will come along and confirm.  Best luck.
