Hello, my mother in law petitioned her adult children with F1 category. I'm confused on which table to look if PD is moving.  Is it table A or table B?  Thanks in advance for your help.

The relevant table depends on which stage the visa case is at.  Table B for readiness to move to NVC stage.  Table A for readiness to move to consulate stage after being DQ-ed at NVC.

Table A is when a visa is available (when they are able to be scheduled for interview)

Table B is when NVC will ask for documents submission (and if someone is in the US already, they may be allowed to AOS based on table B)

Thanks! What do you mean by DQed at NVC?

Got it. It's more clear now.

Thanks a lot!
