We have our interview coming up in Montreal. My wife is Canadian. Does she need to bring her Certificate of Canadian Citizenship? She doesn't have one right now and it wasn't needed through the whole process and approvals so far.

No, a birth certificate is not required. It says in your passport that you are a citizen of Canada.

I see on the checklist for the US Consulate in Montreal that a Long Form Birth Certificate is required to bring with you and her Passport (the accepted form for BC). She was born in Canada, so looks like she wouldn't have a Citizenship card.

Hi

I am guessing you need Birth Cert since this was requirement regardless of Citizenship.

Also, could you please help when you got DQ? I am also waiting for my Montreal Interview and i got my DQ on May 5th.

Just want to get a rough estimation, if you could advise. I really appreciate that.
