Case was the wrong expression, excuse me.
I want to try a lawyer consultation for this matter and for making sure I am not messing up again in the future.

I was thinking about everything that happened again. I surely understand that they refused my entry back in March at ORD. But why not issue me a Visa? I have enough reason to return to Germany even for each semester break. I already had my girlfriend in the U.S. last year while being on the J1-visa and I did not overstay my visa nor did I work illegally. Isn’t that a valid point to give me the benefit of the doubt ?😅 I mean of course she is A reason to study in the U.S. but studying there is just what I want for myself the most. And I am not planning on working while doing that or overstaying at all.

I would think any Immigration Lawyer would do, pretty basic stuff.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
