Hi, im new here.I am on a K-1 visa i just got married 2 months ago and our papers are underway for AOS/EAD. However, my marriage is a little shaky, i feel that we are falling apart each day, just not very secure. We love each other so much but then differences are way a lot for us to handle. Like we have issues everyday and would always alienate from each other which is too painful for both of us yet we can't just pass it by and go on with our lives despite of. Now I feel that we are better off as friends since we used to be friends before we started the relationship and got married, maybe we at are not both ready for marriage life as we thought we were. Now, as painful as it is, I am contemplating of traveling to Paris, France where I have cousins and relatives and fly and find a job there instead, they would be willing to help me but we are just not sure if I could fly directly from USA to Paris or do I need any papers or I could just buy a ticket and take the flight? and I would have no problems when i get the airport? Does anyone know of the circumstances of my travel plan to France from the USA?

I want to get divorced before I leave which I'm going to discuss with my husband and just wait for the result while in Paris. I don't plan to go back here anymore once I leave and I want to get divorced so he could find someone else whom he would truly love and look after him and who would love him as much as I do. He's a great man, but there are so many things that we don't get along. I don't do it because I want to be free, I truthfully want to remain here and make the marriage work but i can feel that he doesn't love me as much as I do and I feel that I'm giving too much love and affection and I don't get as much in return. Don't get me wrong! It's not that I'm expecting to receive the same but I feel that he just wants me and needs me but doesn't love me. Or maybe I have given too much love that he doesn't think he has to please me anymore, sometimes I feel that way. Could be cultural differences too, I don't know, it just seems irreparable. It grows worse each day. I tried to make it work so hard.

Thanks for any opinion about my questions.

France may not have a visa waiver program with the Philippians, so you may have to apply for a visa before traveling there, also if france is like the USA you may need some type of work visa to be able to work when there.

Most airlines will require a visa to board the plane if a visa is required.

How about if I file the divorce paper with the knowledge of my husband of course and stay in the country while i wait for the result and then i fly back to the Philippines after, how much long I can stay after we file the divorce paper? thanks again
Depends if you have adjusted status or not.

If you have not filed to adjust status, then you will start accumulating overstay the moment the I-94 expires.

If you have filed to adjust status, then you can stay until a decision is made on the AOS.

If you adjusted status and have green-card, then you can stay until the conditional green-card expires.

If divorced and you have a conditional green-card you may be able to file to lift conditions on the card by filing a waiver for the joint filing requirement. Then get permanent card and stay indefinitely.

You may want to fill out a timeline to give us an idea of your situation.
