Hi everyone! I am the petitioner, and  in the process of filling out the I-129 Form, and wondering what I should do about my address. My home address was used by my brother when he filed for his fiancé's K-1 visa several years ago. Would there be any issues using that address, or should I use my mother's address? She lives close by and I do stay with her time to time.

Also wondering if anyone has any recent experience they would want to share with the beneficiary being from Algeria?

Thank you for any and all help, it is greatly appreciated!

List your actual address on the form.  Not sure why you think there might be a problem if your brother listed the same address.  It's not illegal for adult siblings to live in the same house.
