I doubt it, his forces would have been spread too thin keeping all of those countries under his control. Sure he might have developed nukes by then, but nuking your neighbors is kind of like nuking yourself. 

 

I have seen there were many assassination attempts on Hitler in the early years of the war, but eventually the Allies decided Hitler was such a poor military strategist it was best to leave him in place because he would override the better judgement of his generals.

There were no Allied attempts of consequence and the Mad Man Hitler is a thing of post WW2 Generals protecting  themselves did he make mistakes yes but so did they.
