Hello another tax year,  another tracking thread.

We filed our 2021  taxes on the evening of March 9, 2022.  I sent the state forms overnight to CA FTB on March 10, 2022, and i just got the refund posted to my checking account this past May 11, 2022.

And on May 13, 2022, my wife's ITIN was received.

Where's my refund still not finding our 1040.

The state forms are irrelevant since each state has its own process.  I would give the 1040 another month or two.

Last year it was almost 2 months from when my wife actually received her ITIN until the return was even acknowledged in "Where's My Refund".  Then another 3 weeks until the refund deposited.   CA FTB was however lightning fast and completed the state refund months before my wife even had her ITIN.

May I ask you @Troy B  how long it took for you to receive your wife's ITIN? We send our application to Austin and I got a Fedex delivery confirmation on July 20th.

We filed the federal on March 9th,  though I think it was sent USPS (probably on the 10th), and how knows when them these days what the delay was.  And i posted above we got the iTIN (also via USPS) on May 13, 2022.  But then took until July 24th until IRS showed receiving our taxes.  And our refund was finally issues on August 17th.

Do you know how long it took for a tax return transcript to be available on the IRS website after you filed?
