We filed her N-400 online on August 7th.  We are hoping for a combo interview soon to end this journey.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Late (final) Update (case specific)

My wife's official Tricare records now indicate she is enrolled in both Medicare(A&B) and Tricare For Life.  This is the best possible health care plan combination for us.  Both these are lifetime benefits, so I shouldn't have to worry about this again.

You going to use or are you using Express Scripts too! Their home delivery works pretty good. Once I had to change from TriCare Prime to TriCare For Life I was not thrilled about their coverage, but hey you can't complain about "free"...well not free we earned them! I  have several years before the wife is eligible so for now she is on Tricare Prime! Your thread has been a great help!

4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

Right now, I still use a local pharmacy, and I pay the Tricare contracted drug cost through Express Scripts.  My wife, who never goes to a doctor (except for a broken hand she had a few years ago) was on Tricare Select until Tricare switched her to Tricare For Life.  We were paying a small monthly premium for her Tricare, but that went away the month she turned 65.  Now, with the combination of original Medicare and Tricare For Life, we have no monthly premium for Tricare, no Medicare deductible, no Tricare deductible, and no out-of-pocket expenses for any Medicare covered medical costs (other than routine meds & the normal Medicare Part B premiums which is paid from Social Security benefits).  One popular Youtube Medicare supplement expert says it is the best medical coverage available in the US.

I'm glad my research has helped.
