2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

Good luck! JUst a qustion, according to the timeline his interview is on a Sunday?

The embassy in Cairo is open Sunday - Thursday. Their weekend is Fri & Sat

Good luck! JUst a qustion, according to the timeline his interview is on a Sunday?

Yup we have to be there at 7:30am on Sunday and the interview supposedly is at 8am.

Cairo's workweek is from Sunday to Thursday, although I think the embassy might be open on Friday mornings, not sure. :)

I feel like I'm gonna puke. :unsure:

I'll post this here so hopefully people will answer but I want to confirm that we want to be in the line outside the embassy against the guardrail. Is this the same every single day or do they change it? Would suck to stand there and then find out it's the wrong line. :wacko:

June 05, 2007 Interviewed and she said he was approved, kept passport and said will recieve in 4 days.

The lines are formed side by side. If you get there and the lines are already formed, you can ask to be sure. But, if you are in the front of the line, no worries. You can just jump over. :whistle: In Egypt, everyone breaks in line and nobody ever says anything. Husband wanted to do that, but I couldn't. :blush:
