I did not received packet 3 yet, should I start work on the DS 160 and book an appointment or should I wait till "ready"?

My case EB-2 NIW was approved in November 2022, and all documents were submitted by March 21, 2023. Since January 31, 2024, the priority date has become valid and I am still waiting for an interview in Cairo. Does anyone know the long waiting time for an interview appointment?

Hey guys. My interview is scheduled for February 13, 2025.
