We submitted a public inquiry in the first week of August after our case review date came and went, and we also requested a congressperson inquire on our behalf about a month ago, so who knows if one of those pulled through for us or if it was just luck. But we're waiting on an interview date now and can put this all behind us soon. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here!

Congratulations on being DQ’d🎉🎉🎉 when was your first original submission date to NVC for your documents? And then when did you resubmit? That’s crazy it took them that long. Glad to hear you are finally DQ and moving forward with your journey

Thanks! So excited to finally be moving on! 

 

We submitted our first round of documents in September 2021, got an RFE for missing W2 tax documents in December 2021, submitted a letter explaining why we didn't have them in January 2022, got another RFE in May 2022 for the same thing, resubmitted our letter the next day and now finally we've got DQ.

That’s insane y’all got an RFE twice for the same thing. That sucks. But, glad that it is behind y’all now and hopefully you will be getting your interview letter here soon. Congratulations again!!!!

That RFE is crazy. I submitted a letter explaining no W2 as well, I hope I don't get that RFE.

NVC telephone line has been suspended So can not call.

Hey, did you get DQ? I have the same message popping up and im one month overdue. I keep wondering if we need to send them an email with our documents and they will not process before we send it.

Yes DQ already. Waiting for interview letter. I di not send any email to NVC. Just uploaded and submitted everything in NVC portal.
