Re-opening DS-260 before the interview

Our IR-1 spouse visa interview is on June 6th at the ISB embassy in Pakistan. In re-checking our documents, I noticed one mistake on the DS-260 (I didn't enter my maiden name) and we also need to make several updates in terms of jobs and addresses. Is it a good idea to write to the embassy in advance and ask them to reopen the DS-260 so I can make changes or should I just wait and make the changes at the interview. Just want to make sure I am doing the right thing.

If your case is still At Nvc, contact Nvc about the situation. If you have already had an interview date, that means that your case is at the embassy. Therefore you have to email the embassy. They will provide you with the way forward.

Thank you for your reply. Our case is at the Islamabad embassy and our interview is on June 6th. I did contact the embassy through the IV inquiry form and mentioned that I wanted to correct a mistake and update some information but I have never heard back from them. Is this normal? Does this meant they are expecting me to update the form at the interview?

Thank you, yes, this is the form I filled out. I did this about a week ago but there is no response and my DS-260 is still locked.

When did you realize this? Your case was DQ on 2021-01-19. I think you need to be proactive.

please call NVC congressional. I think they can provide a way forward. Call them at +16033340828. Call in the next 5 hours 30 minutes, I solved all of my issues through them.
