Hello, I plan to marry my Filipina Fiancée end if this year in the Philippines near Manila. Can I go through the US Embassy in Manila to apply for a spouse visa?

I'm not interested in a K1 visa.

Thank you for any advice.

Dan

Nope. You will have to file the I-130 online.

I would recommend you read up on it, get all the supporting documents together.

That way, once you are married, you can submit your petition and save yourself a few days maybe weeks

You can file online OR by mail, but not directly to the Embassy.  The process ends maybe 18 months later with a visa interview at the Consulate/Embassy in Manila.
