My fiance and her kids have been given visas and will be sent to the Mailboxes ETC delivery location hopefully today. When I checked with the Mailboxes ETC they want us to come with a number to show it to them to collect the passports. When I checked with the Frankfurt embassy they are not fully aware and here is the response I got from them which I don't understand:

Please go to the profile and find UID number.  Normally it is required to print out passport registration confirmation page and there will be number on that page.  The U.S. Embassy does not manage profiles or delivery service.

Do I get an email with this number from the Frankfurt US embassy after they release it to the Mailboxes ETC people?  Does anyone know what number and what documents we need to take to this delivery location to get their passports?

I tried to use the chat feature on the US Travel Docs website and I'm waiting for a long time i.e 40mts with no response. I even tried to call and it will not take you to a live agent and is all automated.

After talking with Mailboxes ETC I have been told that whenever they are delivered to them an email will be sent with the ISL number along with the pickup date and I need to provide the ISL number to collect the passports. So, I answered my own question hoping that it will help others in the same boat as we are.
