DS-260 Form "Your request cannot be process at this time"

Hello!! I have been selected for the DVD 2023, but when I try to enter to the DS-260 form after the required information the display message is "Your request cannot be processed at this time". Anyone else with this issue? Much appreciated any feedback.

There seem to be an issue with their website. I remember having the same issue two years ago. So, keep trying and make sure to not put the middle zeros in the case number, something like 2023(Remove Zeros)78978. S, I think we just need to keep trying...I am also trying on different browsers

I have found a way around this. When trying to login, when you reach the part to insert the captcha code, refresh this a number of times then enter. It has worked many a time for me since Monday.

Thank you Yemen85. It took me 3 days to complete the form ds-260. What I have been doing is, everytime I complete the page, I save it. When it kicks me out, I wait for two hours and try again. It is very annoying to be honest.
