I-130 ?!!!

who has a problem approved on his I-130 ????

i sent my I-130 3 years ago and still pending i dont understand that !!!

and the stupid thing i did that when i got approved on I-129F i dint see there's a lil notice says i cant apply to my I-485 the day i arrive to U.S. i am in the U.S. 2 years and when i go to immigration office or i call the they know nothing all the time telling me that i cant file for my I-485 .. is this stupid !!!!! and on the approval notice says there. i can file for I-485 any time i enter to U.S. and also stupisd from me !!!! but the thing is out of my hand why my I-130 Still Pending !!!!!!!!!! as i said more than 3 years !!!!!!!! is this to much beside the people i see, they get approved without 3 montsh or less!!!!!

I'm confused. Why are you worried about your I-130, if you're already here on an I-129f?

Are you talking about why it's taking so long to to get approved for the I-485? When did you file the I-485? Just this year? I'm not sure how it works for those on a K-3 visa, but I think you were supposed to file your I-485 within a certain period of time after coming to the U.S. Maybe someone else on that type of visa can help though.

i am here on I-129F - K-3 Visa. and yes u right should to file for my I-485 since i entered to u.s but the immigration told me you cant file till you get your I-130 approved !!! they know nothing .. U.S hired them in the wrong place, they should to work in restaurant

I think there's a form you can file to request a removal of the I-130 petition. But I would suggest posting this on the K-3 or K-1 forum and see what they say.
