Hello everyone,

I have a pending I-751 for myself for almost a year. Now i'm about to file I-751 for my son who is 15 years old. I have a few questions:

1.Who signs part. 7 (6A) and part 8 (6A) my US citizen husband or my son?

2.Is my son old enough to sign these forms?

3.Should I still send supporting documents for my son even though I sent all supporting documents last year with my petition?

Your son. Same supporting documents like you used for your own ROC plus child specific ones - from school, doctors and similar.

ROC 2009
Naturalization 2010
