attached is as of today from USCIS website. How do you read this? it says 10.5 months from NOA1 to the day of interview? or interview not included?

Ohh by the way, their estimated processing times is getting shorter. it was at 13 months the last time I checked couple weeks ago. I dont know what this means. 82543449_Screenshot2022-05-078_21_21PM.thumb.png.c294a1c3ba3e756634844908e8712156.png

Interview is not included.

This is just for the USCIS stage.

Be aware it is 13.5 months.

If you put in your case number you'll find out when you're allowed to file an inquiry...

Yep. Unless I am mistaken, I believe that the estimated timeline is in regards to how long it will take to go from NOA1 to NOA2. There is still NVC & the interview that comes later.

Don't worry it will get much shorter in due time.

When I did mine there were two service centers, My service center was taking like 28 days, and California Service Center was approving and doing NOA 2 like in 7 days, it was quick and easy.

Don't torture people with processing times from the past. 😅

This update means K1 processing times have gone from 10-13 months to 10.5-13.5 months.

USCIS has changed the website layout so you only see the lower processing number not the range and date you're allowed to file an inquiry.

The wait is getting longer with every single update.😓

What year did you file your petition?

Great that it worked out for you, Palawan. It hasn't been working out anywhere near as well for people who filed from 2020 onwards. The VJ archives are full of posts from people who filed from 2020 onwards who had to deal with months or years of waiting.

Yes, it's called the Covid Pandemic

Where have you been living under a rock?

I thought that was obvious. I also thought that it was obvious that USCIS and the embassies are still working through the backlog, and so processing times aren't going to be anywhere near as quick as yours was.
