Will NVC accept Affidavit of a loss marriage certificate (merged)

Hello everyone, pls i need help, i summited my mom i130 last year got approved in April and our case has been sent to NVC which require us to submit some document. Will NVC accept affidavit of a loss marriage certificate and affidavit of birth certificate. My second question is, i am the petitioner and i will be using my household income which is basically for my spouse because i am presently not working, which of the form do we need to fill out, the i1864 or  i1864a for me the petitioner  and i1864a for my spouse. pls help. Thanks

Why can’t you get a new marriage certificate issued by the authorities in your country? Same for birth certificate. Yes but the only thing they can issue to her due to her age is the affidavit

Reading about the requirements for the affidavit,  anyone born before 1992 is given this as valid for the birth 

 

the sworn affidavits is made by applicants at the High Court that has jurisdiction within the state where the attestation is made

This would be known by embassy personal 

they know what to look for to attest documents are valid

Ask her to visit the National Population Centre for Attestation of age.

Also visit the registry where her marriage was registered for the certified copy of marriage certificate.

You ( even though not working) , as the Petitioner/ Sponsor fill out I-864 and your spouse  , as Household Member fills out I-864 A.

I need urgent help, i file for my mom now at the NVC stage but parent don't have marriage certificate, they did only traditional marriage then known as customary marriage, can they get declaration of marriage certificate from the court, like affidavit that will back up the customary marriage, will NVC accept that. pls help

It seems they should accept that, according the DoS reciprocity table - customary marriages are listed under the exceptions.  See below, but also please make sure you read the full marriage certificate section in the link.
