I'm so nervous. The wife is in the interview right now. I haven't heard any news yet. But if you get rejected do you find out right there? If you get approved, do you find out right there? What time do they usually get out?

She submitted the wrong NBI clearance (hers was local), but they said they'll deliver her visa nd passport in the next couple days. But she also has to go back and submit another NBI clearance. I don't quite get that part, but that's what they said.

local NBI? i was thinking you mean Police Clearance which is local coz the NBI is nationwide... no need to submit Police clearance unless if you went abroad for more than 6 months. then you'll get a police clearance from that country... anyways i think she'll be fine nontheless... congrats!

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Make sure she delivers it to the correct window. Claudeth left papers with the only window that was open and it was the wrong one so the papers sat there for a month. Good luck

there's two types of NBI... for Employment and for Travel Abroad, so i guess he is saying his wife submitted Employment purpose type of NBI... its easy to get anyway, just bring it and renew and tell them you need the Travel Abroad, there's NBI kiosk at mall so its not really hard and wont take long.. Goodluck keep us posted
