Hi,
I have received an approval on immigration petition for my husband (currently resides and employed in
the UAE). I am not currently working.  We are in a process of completing the affidavit of support and financial documents. However,
need some guidance in relation to 1864A - Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member (form to
be completed by my husband). Following are the concerns

1.Does he need to include his UAE income from his employment or only income generated in the US have to be included in the part 3 of the form.

2. My Husband has recently established an E-Commerce business in the US. Should he disclose the details of the business such as company formation documents, Tax registration, bank account details etc,.

3. Based on the recently established E-Commerce business, should he classify himself as self employee in part 3 of the form. Note, no income is generated as yet.

4. Can he disclose liquid assets such as saving in bonds, shared and saving account which are outside
US.

First, your husband does not need to complete an I-864a.  His liquid assets can be combined with your directly on your I-864.  He would only state income that will continue FROM THE SAME SOURCE once he is in the USA.  If he has no income like that, he states an income of ZERO.  If your combined liquid assets are well over three times the minimum income requirement, you should be fine. Otherwise, you'll need a joint sponsor.

Time to become an A-Student of the I-864 instructions, all the way through, not just cherry picking.
