90 day on a weekend? when should I send?

I just checked my date for filing and it falls on a Sunday. I'm not sure when to send it so I get it on time? I really want to send it on the first day since I am travelling and would like to get most documents before I leave.

Should I send it on that day? Before that day since it would arrive the next day? Should I use USPS or commercial couriers (I'm making sure so I get the address on the cover letter right)? I need some advice please. Thank you in advance!

Submitting  the application any time AFTER the “ 90 day before expiry” is “ on time”. Most important to ensure it does not arrive prior to the “ 90 day before expiry” window opens. Seriously … arriving on day 89.. 88.. 80 before rather than 90 is not going to have a significant impact on your processing time. Instructions for correct address will be in the official Uscis instruction pdf for the form

Send it the Monday after. 1 day makes no difference and you don't want to risk it getting there early.

How soon after your window opens will you travel and how long will you be gone for? A few weeks really is not going to make a difference

A day or two won't matter if it is AFTER the 90 day window opens.  Trying to get it to USCIS on the first day makes no difference....and causes needless worry.  .  I used USPS Priority Mail.....no problems.   If it arrives even 1 day before the 90 day window opens WILL be a problem.

One of 2 days won't matter that, and if you don't want any chance of risk you maye courier via Upsers or any other courier service, but i will it is okay.. here every one of us telling you, it doesn't matter that at all..... so just chill and enjoy.

You're being waaaaaayyyyy too optimistic imho.

I'd actually make sure it gets there a few days after the 90 day windows open. You don't want a rejection for filing too early.

Thank you for everyone's insights!

i am travelling on July 28 and I was hoping I could get the biometrics done before I leave. I am on a CR1 so I believe my biometeics won't be waived. I see CR1's getting biometrics earlier than 2 months after filing so I hope I get it (and I think being optimistic is good.)😆

Thanks again everyone!

Waiting 1 or 2 days doesn't really make a difference, you're going to be waiting 2 or 3 years for them to process everything anyway.
