I 864 update

I am very concern due to I filled out I 864 and I 864A last year before the form were update.  I got a new job as well this year , my mom is having the IR5 appt tomorrow , do we need a new I 864 and I 86

4A?  I have done couple of things, but not sure if right.

If  your employer etc has changed then yes .. complete an I864 and 864a with the updated information, email them to your mother along with payslip etc documents .. she should print  them off and take them to the interview   If she cant do this then she can advise the IO of the changes and will probably be given a 221g slip to submit the updated documents etc

HOW WILL DO WITH THE SIGNING PART? , I AM GOINT TO TRAVEL TO COLOMBIA TODAY ?

If you cant get the forms done before  the interview then  she will tell the interviewing officer about the changes and likely will be required to send the forms to the consulate  before the post interview processing can be finished    Its not a big problem

I GET THAT PART , BUT LAST PART OF THE PACK THERE IS A HAND SIGNING PART , WHAT SHOULD WE DO THERE ?

Work out how to sign the original .. then scan/photo etc and print. I really don’t have any idea what you personally have access to or where you will be ..

in this case I am the peticioner , my mom is living in colombia , can she print it out and signed for me ?
