I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR NVC TO REJECT THE CASE AUTOMATICALLY IF APPLICANT GIVE NO RESPOND AT ALL. OR CAN MY EX-HUSBAND CAN APPLY FOR VISIT VISA FORM PAKISTAN WHILE HIS CASE PENDING AT NVC NOW. ( NOTE I'M APPLICANT & I DIDNT APPROCH NVC OR USCIS FOR WITHDRWAN OF CASE).

Have you paid the fees to NVC? You need to submit the I-864 for your ex-husband's case to move forward to consulate.

If you are worried about your husband visiting on a B2 visa there is a chance the application will be denied as he has displayed immigrant intent.

Also, visitor visa waiting time is currently 449 days at Islamabad so he won't be able to go to the US anytime soon.

First things first. Send a letter to USCIS and NVC and withdraw the petition.

Well that would be years in the making actually if you just did nothing it will sit and eventually expire after well over a year.
You need to withdrawal to stop all action and progress now.

Just send a letter of withdrawal through the Public Inquiry so they don;t waste time on your case and can close it and send it back to USCIS.

Your ex-Husband can certainly apply for a tourist visa.  The probability is very, very low, imo.  You need to withdraw your case at NVC, although I don't think that will have much of an effect.  After a year of no input to NVC, your case will expire.

Send the notice to withdraw your case / need to include case # ,  both names and both DOB's

then forget him and what he does

he can apply for tourist visit / probably will not get one

his parents can apply for him to get a visa under certain circumstances (naturalized?)

but what happens to him now is out of your control

When he gets interview in a few years thats up to the embassy to approve or deny no way for us to determine if he is approved. Two green card holder parents and ex-wife in US. What are his ties to Pakistan. Seems very unlikely.

And seeing you sent notification to withdrawal that's all you need to do.
