Hi

I submitted wife and daughter documents at NVC

wife documents has been accepted and  daughter documents  has been DQ

is that part of the process >?

That is indeed part of the process.

STEP 9:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-8-scan-collected-documents/step-9-upload-and-submit-scanned-documents.html

DOCUMENTARILY COMPLETE.

You should check to see if your wife's account has any RFE's. (Corrections Required)

Sometimes one case will have all the documents accepted and DQ'ed but the other case requires additional documents.

If you fill out your timeline and profile others will be able to answer your questions in full and help you figure out when you can expect to receive the interview letter from your consulate.

More than likely.

Some have been lucky and had their documents reviewed soon but most go to the back of the line.

Unfair

Majority have to wait another 3 months.

I've only ever seen one or two people get DQ'ed immediately.

If you realize something is missing upload it before they review documents and it won't change your scheduled review time.
