Hi,I  have some questions about how to fill out l 864

I am the petitioner for my stepchild in part 5 of course I have to put 1 on # 3  if you are currently married, but in # 6 if you have  sponsored any other person I don't  if I have to put 1 since I sponsored my husband but there is a note : Do not count any member of your  household more than one.

In part 6 

Income you are using from any other person I am going to pur my husband but I don't know if he have to fill  out a separate  l 864.? 

Any information  would be greatly appreciated 🙏 thank you.
