Hello Everyone,

I am to send the whole file around May 17th.

Anyone else in the adventure?

Take care :)

The early bird catches the worm, not sure how that would apply to USCIS, but hopefully your filing will go without a hitch!

I did not see  your  form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance listed. Will you send in the current (2021 and prior 2020) tax returns? Are you going to send in transcripts or 1040s and w2s?

Hey, I come here to support you! I'm a February 2022 filer, I was the only one posting in that thread... But I started it in December! Hahaha

Your list looks comprehensive. But if I may add some unsolicited advice, instead of the bank letter, I would actually include bank statements that show movement. I included 24 bank statements (for the two years from opening the account to filing for ROC) but it was probably an overkill. You may want to do quarterly instead.

FROM F1 TO AOS

October 17, 2019 AOS receipt date

December 09, 2019: Biometric appointment

January 15, 2020 RFE received

January 30, 2020  RFE response sent

Feb 7: EAD approved and interview scheduled

March 18, 2020 Interview cancelled

April 14th 2020: RFE received

April 29, 2020 Approved without interview

May 1, 2020 Card in hand

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 1, 2022 package sent

March 28, 2022 Fingerprints reused

July 18, 2023 approval

July 20, 2023 Card in hand

N400

January 30,2023: Online filing

February 4th, 2023: Biometric appointment

June 15th, 2023: Case actively being reviewed

July 11th, 2023: Interview scheduled.

August 30th, 2023: Interview!

August 31st, 2023: Oath ceremony scheduled.

Sept 19th, 2023: Officially a US citizen!

Came here to say the same. I included bank statements for the joint account & joint credit card showing both our usage (for every month). Might be an idea to put at least quarterly in just to add more even weight to the shared finances aspect.

Yep. We have three different bank accounts and all of them are joint. We included 24 statements from only one, but we also included a letter from another bank stating we have a joint account in there as well. It might have been an overkill, but I just want to avoid a RFE and further delays at all costs.

No need to send tax returns AND tax transcripts. My advice would be to send only the transcripts - more official, and less paper.

Also agree with others about sending bank statements. USCIS loves to see co-mingling of finances.

Ow you did. So you are still waiting. I saw that it takes about 18 months.

Your Green Card is probably expired by now. Did you get a document or anything to show that you are in the process and legit to stay on the US soil and still allowed to work?
