ok.. so if the issue is from the original application will they send the complete I129F package back to me..? if its proof of relationship will my current recipts, pictures ect be ok or does it have to be pre file dates..? if i did miss something like address or didnt check anbox on the original I129F form application how will that be handled...?

OMG sorry for all the questions so soon im sure i should wait for the letter an go from there.. im just trying to get everything together in my head...

🙃This part I'm not sure, as you are further along than us... But pretty sure the letter will give you all the detail you need and plenty of time to gather it and get it back to them.

Overthinking makes everything worse, so try and bide your time until the letter comes.  I know, easier said than done.

They won’t send the packet back; this is why it is suggested to make a copy before mailing. The letter will tell you what is missing or what additional evidence might be needed. They’re asking for it to be returned by 09/06 so you might need to overnight it back to them if that letter doesn’t arrive soon…

OK.. I got my Request for Evidence from USCIS.. As you can see (posted a cropped version)  i didnt check a box on the form I129F.. My question is do i answer on the sheet they sent me an then sign it an return to USCIS or do i go back to a new I129F form an just do that page an check the answer for question 4..

if all i do is answer the sheet they sent me im assuming an X after the eg... NO___X_____ will be ok.. maybe im over thinking it.. i just dont wonna mess it up...

Also the address is a PO Box on Laguna Niguel Ca, can i fedx the envelope..?

Another filer got the exact same RFE some weeks ago, I asked them what they did, they simply checked/signed this RFE and sent it back, they didn't print the whole I-129F again. Of course, their answer is "no" so no need for other court evidence either. Hope that helps!
