Still waiting for the interview letter. Search PAKUSA Immigration channel on Youtube or Instagram. They update the timelines each month and they are pretty accurate. Thats the source of our info regarding interview letters.

They did kept the passport and asked for document to be uploaded eventhough I did uploaded everything now they want 1040 or irs tax return transcript not the wage and income transcript. Recieved 221(g)just hoping it doesnt take forever.

The officer told him they will issue the visa as soon as he can upload the document online.

Hello Everyone,

I am a little confused after reading this post- My sponsor only gave me last 3 years Income and Wage transcript- However this post above is suggesting some other documents.

Can you please assist me what others documents are required other then this wage and Income transcript and how can my sponsor obtain them? I am confused.

I filed:-

1) Income and wage transcript last 3 years

2) Affidavit of support form I-864 Signed by sponsor

3) Sponsor's copy of passport

I would really appreciate the help as I am expecting IL by July/August 2024.

Definitely I'll let you guys know how it went. This thread helped alot of people like me. And I have read it here and on reddit. Mostly say to send an email to the embassy before taking any child since consulates usually don't allow it and since the interview is tomorrow no way I'll be able to get a reply in time.

Hello every one,

Just wanted to share the good news with you all that my wife visa has been approved. Her interview was a bit hard one as stated by her since I was divorced so IO mostly focused his questions around my divorce. Like why did it happen, and if she knows my ex?

How did we meet?

How long before the marriage we knew each other?

And was it arranged marriage or love marriage?

Have you travelles together outside Paksitan with your husband? In our case ot was London so then he asked

Who live there?

Then he asked about our daughter?

Is she a us citizen which she is so he wanted to see Her passport but my wife didn't took it with her so he asked to see her birth certificate.

Then he saw my financial documents and asked what does I do for a living?

How long i stayed in Pakistan?

When did I leave Pakistan?

What job I was doing before my current job since I switched careers.

Afterwards he gave her the congratulation paper and told her to make an account for passport pickup. And that's it. I hope it helps all of you who are waiting for their interview.

Thanks

And also her case status on ceac shows in Administrative processing. Any one has any idea about that?

Thats normal and nothing to worry about. After a week or so it would change to Issued but till then the status would remain in AP (Administrative Processing). Congrats on the approval of your spouse's visa btw.

Did you divorce decree had any gold seals or just stamp? I didn’t get original because they said you only get certified copies in California.  It’s the two forms you get from county when everything is finished.
