Okay guys the questions the lady co ask to my wife werebabd she was able to get urdu translation as well.

also they checked my two divorce deed and the divorce certificate. They also checked family registration certificate police certificate marriage certificate and her birth certificate l. They didn’t do any check for chat logs. They also checked for albums and that was pretty much it. 
 

she said co was very very nice so that helped

Guys question anyone who made FRC did how did you guys add a US born child to your FRC. Nadra In pakistan won’t add my son to our FRC until he is issued a Pakistani birth certificate and to get a Pakistani birth certificate we have to give them original US birth certificate. Any tips are appreciated

we did it through lawyers and mine was made through pakistan also divorcé certified is fine to

Certified Divorce Decree from US is also called divorce certificate, it’s completely fine & acceptable, plus you should have taken divorce certificate from Pakistan too like from municipal committee.

Congratulations! I am glad you share all the interview details with us.

As you mentioned, Co asked about Police certificate too, are you sure, because the Visa website clearly Says no need to have police certificate in Pakistan because here someone can easily jeopardize it.

My parents interview is on 11 Dec & they didn’t make police certificate yet & don’t have intentions too but as they asked it from your wife it’s alarming, so can you ask your wife again, did Co ask police certificate specifically? Thanks

@gulkhan you can make your son a Pakistani NICOP, and with that they should show up under your FRC since they'll be part of the Nadra system. You can also email one of the consulates in the US about this and they can confirm this should be the case (I emailed nadrany@pakistanconsulateny.org  for my FRC issues and they were fairly responsive).

Did your previous marriage take place in Pakistan and is it registered with NADRA? If not, then you do not need divorce certificate from Pakistan. US divorce certificate is all you need.
