Congratulations on receiving the interview letter and regarding 2023 tax it's not a problem as long as you have w-2 for it. I had the same issue when my wife interview was coming but the IO didn't even looked at the papers although I didn't updated any thing online too except the 3 previous years tax documents and I gave her 2022 tax return to take by hand but IO didn't look at the papers so you are good just let your wife know to take every thing incase he asks for them. All the best

I've heard different opinions from people. Some say you don't have to update the i864 because it doesn't expire and some say you have to fill it out again with new info. Do I have to update?

Hello everybody!
My wife’s nvc case was documentarily qualified on Dec 22, 2022.
When should we expect our interview letter to come? Any idea? Also we just had our 1st baby in Pakistan few months ago in October. I was hoping to get an idea so I can travel to Pakistan before that and do the crba process for my baby. Thank you

You may expect your spouse's interview around Sept/Oct 2024.

Do I need a new police clearance? I have one international trip to Saudi Arabia for performing umrah but it’s not mention in the information we entered in visa form.
do I need to update the visa form ?

Police certificates are not needed from Pakistani Applicants. And no, you do not need to submit police certifcate for your saudi trip.

Following documents need to be uploaded on CEAC after you receive your IL:

1. Updated AOS (I864)

2. Updated IRS Tax Transcripts

3. Updated W2s

4. Updated/New Paystubs

Additional documents to upload that would strengthen the case:

5. Petitioner's passport biographic page

6. Pictures with your spouse including wedding and trip pics

7. Chat and voice call logs

8. Money transfer receipts or gift receipts between spouses

9. Petitioner's visa stamps/boarding passes whenever they visited the spouse.

Take all these documents with you during the interview too. In other words, whatever you upload on CEAC should be taken with you to the interview.
