Sorry to bother you guys again. My wife has scheduled her medical exam and will have it in a few days, so that is taken care of. But, on the interview prep page, step 1 says "Register Online and Select a Document Pick-up Location." However, when my wife tries to sign up it keeps showing an error (See attached pic) even though she is spelling everything correctly. Did anyone else experience this same issue? What can we do about this issue?

I believe the website is under maintenance from the weekend and may still be inoperable today. I’d wait a few hours or up to another day and try the log in again. This is only a speculation.

Thanks for the reply. She's been trying since last week when she first received the interview letter, and this has been popping up every time.

Anyone know when ever I go to my visa status check case is being update? Before it was October 2nd then 31 st and now november 6th does that mean officer is looking at the documents we uploaddd before the interview?

Guys I just received a message on website to request most recent tax return the latest tax return is 2022? Correct and they say I didn’t uploaded should I subittt again?

They do send to us to in messages if u upload make sure it's correctly uploaded and says submit them take a copy at interview and disregard don't worry about it . good luck

Yes they're checking it that's why they don't ask lots of questions and see all documents that's a advantage I guess.

@podeenai went ahead and submitted again on the safe side. I’m not sure why they didn’t see it first time when I submitted though
